New England 1031, LLC is a separate business entity created by attorneys from the well-regarded Portland, Maine, law firm of Marcus Clegg.  Participating members of the firm have significant experience in all areas of real estate transactions and litigation.  Their professional achievements can be found in the website section, “Our Team”.

Also on the Team as a participating consultant, is a nationally regarded 1031 Exchange practitioner who has decades of Exchange experience and has made several in-person Exchange presentations to American Land Title Association conventions and Continuing Legal Education presentations on Exchanges for eight State Bar Associations.
